Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. She earned her Professional Card within a year and was 17. She was the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further her education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the contest. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three month later and returned with a 6th place for the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than proud of the result. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm on a pull-up machine and sitting rows. She warms-up first before moving into working sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way feasible. One way to achieve this is through supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
