Ariel Winter (born Ariel Winter Workman on Janurary 28th, 1998, in Los Angeles California) is an American actor, singer and voice actor. Ariel began her career in acting in the early years of her life. The actress was in the Cool Whip ad when she was just six years old. The first time Ariel appeared on TV came at the age of seven years old, appearing in the CBS show Listen Up! After these roles, she went on to be a part of Monk Bones & ER. In 2007 was cast in the part of Gretchen as part of the Disney Original Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb. The character was a breakthrough in the live-action television series Modern Family two years later. Together with co-stars on Modern Family, Modern Family co-stars, she was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award four times, including the award for Best Ensemble Comedy Series.
